How credits work

One credit = one full-resolution download. You only spend a credit when you click Download in the editor. Customizing sliders, previewing effects, and downloading at preview resolution are always free and don't touch your balance.

What exactly is a credit?

A credit lets you download one full-resolution version of an edited photo. Customizing sliders, previewing effects and downloading at preview resolution are always free and don't touch your balance.

Do credits expire?

Yes — credits remain valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. We'll send you an email reminder if any are about to expire so you have time to use them.

Is there a subscription option?

Not currently. We chose credit packs over subscriptions because most users edit in bursts — a wedding shoot, a project, a social-media campaign — rather than steadily month after month. Credits adapt to that pattern.

Can I get a refund?

If a payment goes through but credits aren't granted due to a technical error, we'll fix it or refund you. Credits already spent on a successful download aren't refundable.

Can I use my downloads commercially?

Yes. You own the rights to the photos you upload and to the edited results you download. Use them for client work, prints, marketing, album art, or any other personal or commercial project.

What payment methods do you accept?

Credit and debit cards via Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, AmEx) and Apple Pay / Google Pay where supported, plus PayPal.

Do you offer team or volume pricing?
