One credit = one full-resolution download. You only spend a credit when you click Download in the editor. Customizing sliders, previewing effects, and downloading at preview resolution are always free and don't touch your balance.
Questions about pricing
Can I buy just one image?
Yes. A single download is $4 — one full-resolution file, no pack and no subscription. If you need several, the packs work out cheaper per download, but there is no obligation to buy one.
Do I have to pay to download my edited photo?
Only for the full-resolution file. You can apply any effect, adjust every slider and download the result at 800 px on the longer edge for free, without an account and with no watermark. Paying is what gets you the image at its original size — the size you need for print, or for a platform with a minimum like cover artwork.
What exactly is a credit?
A credit lets you download one full-resolution version of an edited photo. Customizing sliders, previewing effects and downloading at preview resolution (800 px on the longer edge) are always free and don't touch your balance.
Do credits expire?
Yes — credits remain valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Each pack's exact expiration date is shown on your account dashboard, so you can plan ahead.
Is there a subscription option?
Not currently. We chose credit packs over subscriptions because most users edit in bursts — a wedding shoot, a project, a social-media campaign — rather than steadily month after month. Credits adapt to that pattern.
Can I get a refund?
If a payment goes through but credits aren't granted due to a technical error, we'll fix it or refund you. Credits already spent on a successful download aren't refundable.
Can I use my downloads commercially?
Yes. You own the rights to the photos you upload and to the edited results you download. Use them for client work, prints, marketing, album art, or any other personal or commercial project.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit and debit cards via Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, AmEx) and Apple Pay / Google Pay where supported, plus PayPal.
